Medium Units
We have 3 units in this size range of 1,600 to 1,760 square feet, or 149 to 164 square meters.
From construction to catering, IT to lighting and film, our medium units are perfect to meet your needs.
These are desirable units indeed for our medium sized businesses.
2,190 - 4,420 square foot
Larger Units
Three units are 2,400 Square Feet, 223 Square meters, and another is 2,190 Square feet, 203 Square meters.
At present, we have very long standing tenants who have linked a larger and medium unit to create an impressive 4,420 square foot, or 411square meter unit, and added a mezzanine floor to create an even bigger office space.
